Created a newsletter template for Clinton County Historical Association's printed multipage newsletter, North Country Notes, using Microsoft Publisher. The template is 19-pages in total with four front page design options, 13-page options for body text and images and two options for the ending page. 

Also, I created a guideline for the newsletter for official use.
